Our ESG strategy is based on our fundamental values and was defined in the first half of 2022. The central aim of our climate strategy is to create a stock of buildings that are resource-efficient, low-emission and at the same time innovative. In addition to energy-efficient technology, we primarily rely on especially flexible building structures that are relatively easy to modify and can adjust to both present and future climatic and user-specific conditions.
